has long been a performance sport, mostly performed at events and circuses. In recent years we have shared this amazing art of movement with all people who are willing to jump in and learn something new. The benefits of silks as a form of exercise is hugely beneficial for adults and children alike

    *once-off/drop-in  R200
    4 classes per month (1x per week)  – R700
    8 classes per month (2 x per week)  –  R1200
    12 classes per month (3x per week)  – R1700
    16 classes a month- (4 x per week)  – R2100
    Private Lessons: 
    One-on-one: R400
    Two-on-one: R600

    Aerial Silks Jesyka Sham

    Jesyka Sham

    Jesyka Sham started offering aerial silks classes in 2015 and has since taught 100’s of aerial enthusiasts. Incorporating all that she has learnt on the ground in her many years performing, dancing, training martial arts and coaching gymnastics, she has and is able to produce high level aerial artists.

    Nadia De Kock

    Nadia de Kock's lifelong journey revolves around movement. She started her dance and gymnastics training at the age of 4, dedicating 16 years to honing her skills. Alongside her academic pursuits in Psychology and Visual Studies, her fascination with the circus led her to Flying Fitness. Here, she realized her dream and found her true calling as a coach, delighting in helping others overcome obstacles in the world of aerial arts.
